The Graduate Certificate in Operations Management and Supply Chain Strategy consists of three courses (9 credits total) that provide an in-depth study of operations management, quality management, and supply chain strategy.

The Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Strategy and Operations Management consist in three courses.
LS 601 Operations Management
This course reviews concepts, practices, and analytical tools for the management of operations and the decision-making process within the scope of the supply chain. Students will learn to use quantitative analyses to resolve issues and make sound management decisions.
LS 602 Quality Management (3 credits)
This course examines principles of quality management. Topics covered include history and theory of quality management; value proposition; product design and quality control; Six Sigma; leadership and management strategies; performance management; and sustainability.
LS 603 Supply Chain Strategy (3 credits)
In this course, students will analyze risks to supply chain, logistics, and operations. Mitigation and comprehensive supply chain strategies will be developed.

We will allow you to stop payments, giving you time to recover. Remember, the maximum time to complete a degree is 150% of the agreed completion time.

We live in a digital world, so all of our diplomas and certificates are issued digitally, signed by our President and with a unique serial number that links the diploma or certificate to your academic achievements. Many students may choose to print and frame the certificate; however, if you prefer to receive a paper copy diploma or certificate issued by the institution, there is an additional certificate delivery fee of $150 to cover the cost of printing and mailing.
